The VCA Administration Team is here to support you in all areas of education. Major functions of administration include planning of school programs and activities, directing and executing school policies, organizing, coordinating, answering questions, keeping records, preparing reports, preparing school budgets, and so much more.
Mrs. Wendy Cunningham has a BA in Music Instruction from Azusa Pacific University. Prior to joining VCA, she taught elementary band and choir and served as Vice Principal at Rincon Valley Christian School. In addition to serving as the VCA Principal, she will be directing band and choir. She is passionate about using the gift of music to the Glory of God! Mrs. Cunningham has had three children attend VCA.
Ms. Kim Bratton has a BA in Music Education, with a Choral Emphasis, from the University of the Pacific, Conservatory of Music. Prior to joining VCA, she was the choral director for the Mendocino Unified School District for 23 years. She taught Elementary, Middle and High School Choir, as well as holding leadership positions in the district. She took her Middle and High School Choirs to National Music Festivals all over the United States, including New York City and Carnegie Hall. In addition to serving as the VCA Vice Principal, she will be directing the Secondary Choir Program and leading Student Council. Kim also has a certified Therapy Dog, Yellow Lab named Bailey, who has been working at school for several years and she is excited to share him with students and staff at VCA. She has a passion for teaching children and sharing Gods love through music. She is thrilled that God has led and called her to VCA!
Introducing our new Elementary Vice Principal, Lori DiSanto! We are SO excited to announce the creation of a new position at Victory Christian Academy!
Thanks to God's amazing generosity in growing our school, we recognized the need for an additional administration role.
Mrs. DiSanto has served with excellence and faithfulness in her role as 3rd grade teacher at VCA this past school year, and she came to us with a wealth of experience in teaching, elementary administration and many other related educational roles.
Mrs. DiSanto's experience and new position will provide enhanced staff and student support, and will allow us to more effectively fine-tune and grow our elementary curricular program, student learning supports, staff mentoring and community building in elementary.
We could not be happier to welcome Lori into this position!
Mrs. Karen Russell has a BS in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting and minor in Biblical and Theological Studies from Biola University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. After working 10 years in public accounting, she shifted her focus to serving the Lord in the nonprofit sector. For the past 5 years, she has been the accountant for Mt. Gilead Bible Camp, Rincon Valley Christian School, and Victory Christian Academy. She is grateful to serve in Christian education ministry alongside VCA's dynamic faculty and staff, and has two children at VCA. She loves Jesus, her family, friendships, and music.
Mrs. Abbey Eddy has a BA in Christian Education with an emphasis in Elementary Education from Biola University. She served in office administration/registration at Mt. Gilead Bible Camp for five years and she has also worked in Event Coordinating. Abbey is passionate about Christian education as evidenced by her four children attending VCA as well as her excitement to join the VCA team!
Mrs. Lisa Bellavia has a BA in Teledramatic Arts & Technology from Cal State University
Monterey Bay. She has extensive office administrative experience and is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with American Council on Exercise. Her children have attended RVC and VCA, and she is happy to join VCA’s team! She has always wanted to work in a Christian-based work environment. She values Christian education and hopes she can help families achieve this goal. Lisa and her family have attended Hope Chapel Santa Rosa since 2001.
She loves travel, dance, and have big meals with the family!
Mrs. Jessica Schiele has an AS in Business Administration from Crown College, Tacoma WA
With over eight years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting, along with many more years in Office Administration, she is thrilled to step into the role of marketing—sharing the heart and mission of Victory Christian Academy with as many families as possible. She feels deeply called to this work, seeing it as an opportunity to touch lives through God’s purpose.
As a mother of two children at VCA, she knows firsthand the impact of Christ-centered education. Her family’s journey back to private Christian schooling and renewed faith began with VCA, and she vividly remembers the moment they chose the school—it felt like coming home. The school’s dedication to partnering with parents in their children’s education has profoundly shaped her kids’ lives for the better.
She holds Christian education close to her heart and is eager to support the school in a way that nurtures the same welcoming and faith-filled atmosphere that meant so much to her own family.
She loves music, horses, and anything made with love, and she is excited to pour that same love into the VCA community.
